Delivery & Returns
When you place an order, you will receive an email confirming the items ordered, the cost of the items and the associated delivery charges. Orders received and accepted during business hours are usually packed and shipped on the next business day. We do also offer pick up at 21 Roydhouse Street, Subiaco WA 6008. Please note contact has to be made to confirm product readiness in advance of arrival.
We will estimate delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the delivery options you choose. If it hasn't arrived on time please enter your tracking number provided and also please check your local post office in case they delivered when no one was home.
Please also note that the delivery rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. In some cases all weights will be rounded up to the next full Kilogram, in accordance to the delivery company’s policies.
Orders for delivery within Australia are usually dispatched via Australia Post for a delivery fee which is indicated with your order confirmation. We will use an alternate courier company where we find it offers a better service and we will provide tracking details for this.
Orders for delivery outside Australia are dispatched via Australia Post International. The delivery fee varies according to the destination and is indicated with your order confirmation. As various countries have differing Customs Procedures we cannot assume responsibility for delays. The customer is responsible for any and all duties or taxes that may be charged by the receiving country's customs authorities. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
Tracking is an excellent tool to see where your product is at any given time. An email will be sent to you once your goods have been dispatched. This email will contain a tracking number which can be tracked at Australia Post Tracking or the relevant courier company.
Our Return Guarantee
Second Hand Products under WhybuyITnew money back warranty are covered from 14 days from original invoice and must also return the packaging. New Products must be returned to us unopened. We do not take responsibility for lost or damaged items during postage as all products posted are based on the initial acceptance of the postage method at the time of purchase and therefore it is not covered by our warranty.
Replacement of the product or payment will be refunded when item has been received by WhybuyITnew with its original invoice.
Please note: Software and consumables are not covered by any warranty. Warranty does not cover goods that have been tampered with or used abnormally.
